How many calls are kept in the blocked call list? What happens when the list 'fills up'?

The blocked call list will contain the latest 200 blocked calls. You do not need to worry about clearing this list, or purging it when 200 calls are blocked, as the list is self-recycling -- after it is full, the newest incoming blocked call entry will automatically force the removal of the oldest one, to ensure that you always have access to the latest blocked call information.
