Antair Call Screener doesn't seem to be working.

After downloading the application, certain permissions must be set on the device.

Step 1

From the main BlackBerry screen, select OPTIONS or SETTINGS. Then select ADVANCED OPTIONS, then APPLICATIONS.

Step 2

Select Antair Call Screener from the list of applications, open the menu, and click on EDIT PERMISSIONS.

Step 3

Set CONNECTIONS and INTERACTIONS to ALLOW. Restart the device if prompted to do so.


If permissions are set properly and you are still having trouble getting Antair Call Screener to work, you may need to change the SENSITIVITY setting in the application.

Within the application, bring up the MENU and choose SETTINGS. The SETTINGS screen has a SENSITIVITY option. The default SENSITIVITY is 800. Increase this number to a setting of 1000 or higher.
