I blacklisted a spammer's e-mail address, but it keeps coming through.

If Antair BlackBerry Spam Filter seems to be working well, but even after putting a specific spammer's e-mail address into the ADDRESS BLACKLIST, that spammer's messages still come through to the INBOX, there are a few things to check in your setup of the product.

To prevent false-positives, Antair BlackBerry Spam Filter always checks your whitelisted entries prior to checking the blacklisted ones. This means that even if you've placed a specific e-mail address into the ADDRESS BLACKLIST, messages from that address would not necessarily be filtered if the message is from a domain which is in your DOMAIN whitelist, or if the message contains terms which are in your TERM WHITELIST.

Please check to see if your DOMAIN WHITELIST contains the domain matching the spammer's domain. You should also check the TERM WHITELIST to see if there are any terms which match the spammer's e-mail contents.

In addition to this, if you've added any e-mail accounts to the device after installing Antair Spam Filter, it may be the case that the spammer is targeting the new account. To re-initialize Antair Spam Filter and force it to poll all of the new accounts on your device, please perform a hard-reset by removing the device battery and replacing it after a few minutes.
