In the SPAM BOX, I see 'Content Protection is Enabled' instead of the message text.

This can be fixed by turning off content protection on the device.

If you have a device running RIM OS version 4.7 or earlier, from the main BlackBerry screen, choose OPTIONS, then SECURITY OPTIONS, then GENERAL SETTINGS, and set the CONTENT PROTECTION setting to DISABLED.

On devices running RIM OS version 5.0 or newer, CONTENT PROTECTION has been renamed to ENCRYPTION. On these devices, choose OPTIONS, then SECURITY OPTIONS, then ENCRYPTION, and disable the encryption option.

If prompted, restart the device.
