If this error occurs, it most likely has to do with the User Data, Email permission being set to DENY. It should be set to ALLOW.
To fix this, enter the OPTIONS or SETTINGS screen from the main BlackBerry menu. Select ADVANCED OPTIONS, then select APPLICATIONS, and find the entry for Antair Spam Filter.
When Antair Spam Filter is selected in the applications list, press the menu button or the scroll-wheel to bring up the menu. From the menu, select EDIT PERMISSIONS.
Under the permissions screen, select USER DATA and press the space bar to expand the available selections. Set EMAIL under USER DATA to ALLOW, and restart the device if prompted to do so.
